Purpose: To offer assessment and treatment, intensive case management by a Justice Community Team designed to address the particular needs of the target population.

Purpose: To facilitate the development of a mental health court docket model in the Franklin County Municipal Court and a SAMI docket model in the Franklin County Common Pleas Court.

Population Served: Chronic, violent or substance abusing juvenile offenders at high risk of out-of-home placement, and their families
Purpose: To institute a Multisystemic Therapy (MST) program, a treatment that addresses risk factors in an individualized, comprehensive, and integrated fashion, and that empowers families to enhance protective factors.
